AI Consultant / Engineer
We're looking for experienced AI practitioners to join our consulting team. You'll work directly with clients to implement RAG systems, optimize prompts, deploy local AI solutions, and enable teams with AI capabilities.
Requirements
- •Experience with LLMs and AI systems
- •Strong understanding of RAG architectures
- •Proficiency in prompt engineering
- •Experience with Python and AI frameworks
- •Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- +Experience with vector databases
- +Knowledge of local AI deployment (Ollama, vLLM, etc.)
- +Background in software engineering or consulting
- +Experience with agentic coding tools
Technical Trainer / Enablement Specialist
Help organizations build AI capabilities through training and enablement. You'll design and deliver workshops, create educational content, and work with teams to adopt AI tools and practices.
Requirements
- •Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies
- •Experience designing and delivering technical training
- •Strong presentation and communication skills
- •Ability to create engaging educational content
- •Understanding of adult learning principles
Preferred Qualifications
- +Previous consulting or training experience
- +Experience with RAG systems or prompt engineering
